Royal Mail Group Ltd liverpool

I'm an ebay seller so I'm sending lots of packages with Royal Mail. Packages often late, sometimes late even 2 weeks. Not a reliable servise here in Bootle. My last experiences with Royal Mail were much better.

Posted 2 items to the same customer Royal Mail 24 (the ones that are supposed to be scanned upon delivery). Customer claims they were not delivered. Which means that either Royal Mail lost them or the postman is to lazy to scan the items upon delivery which is more likely.

I have collected a few parcels from here in the past. I got a few books from amazon but they wouldn't fit through my letter box so ended up here. There is a jolly man who is very helpful and on the whole I give it 5 stars.

Might as well close for good, it's never open.

We are getting post about every 7-10 days and only after i complained on the royal mail complaints website. There is no accountability. They should be stripped of their 'Royal' title. I will be going straight to their CEO Stuart Simpson as the local sorting office is failing to deliver unless you complain. Ive been waiting for two parcels for 3 weeks now. This situation is totally unacceptable.
