Why would Royal Mail tap so quietly I can't hear them attempting to deliver a recorded delivery, post a card through my door with no option for redelivery and send my mail to South Gyle for me to collect when the Dell Delivery office is five minutes from my address. That's now cost the sender around £5.00 and myself and an hour round trip for a letter. We'll done.

Giving them 1 star because I can't rate them with 0. Their service is poor, useless and shambolic. No wonder people are resorting to other companies. I have been waiting at home for a redelivery twice and they don't even bother ringing the bell or the door. They just leave a note saying I wasn't home (a lie, since I have been working from home all day) and they disappear. When you complain, why even bother ordering another redeliver? What for? If they don't even ring and leave with your parcel. I guess it's easier making everybody go to their souless depot in the middle of nowhere so that they don't even have to do their job, which involves delivering stufd. Honestly, avoid at all costs

RM are just lazy, they don't even try to deliver, you catch em at the door they don't even have the parcel, they just put the red card through your door, too lazy to carry it. Irony is there's a sorting office right across the road (and a concierge in the building) from me but instead they send the parcel to a depot several miles away.

Don't use this company. It happened to me a few times that when I wasn't at home they didn't even try to leave it with neighbour or leave it in the nearest place (I have two royal mail points just next to me!) But now the parcel is again in South Gyle which is so far away from where I live. What did I pay for? To wait another two days to redeliver and go there anyway because they will not even try to deliver the parcel to my home? This is crazy. It is not the first time it happened.

Genuinely the worst delivery service I've ever had to deal with. Twice now i've sat near the door waiting for my (late) deliveries, only for them to send them here for some inane reason such as small letterbox (as if i can enlarge a letterbox in 2 days to get a package) This isn't just a one off, its been reoccuring and amazon/other delivery services have never caused an issue at my address. If you can avoid it, please do.

Post office only worked specific and very inconbenient times. This made picking up or returning parcels quite difficult to do. Feels like it was never about the customers.
