Rubbish service. Twice in a fortnight have waited in all day for tracked deliveries and no attempts were made to deliver parcel. No card left. Unhelpful and disorganised service.

visited this afternoon 4.15pm and the office was closed despite online time showed as 8.30 am to 6.30pm today poor information!

Opening hours on the website bear absolutely no resemblance to reality. Think they’re open for max 2 hours a day. Not good enough when people are making special arrangements to collect parcels.

update your website and stop wasting people's time. 2 hour collection slot in a day is ridiculous considering most people work..

Clueless. Website says open 4pm to 7pm on Thursdays, but they are not. I wasted 40 minutes going to collect a parcel from a closed delivery office. Useless.

Too many times now the postie just delivers "Sorry We Missed You" cards even though we were in the flat waiting. If they've bothered to walk up to the top floor to deliver us these cards then they can JUST BRING THE PARCEL. Joke of a service.

Despite complains to management, they continue to not even attempt to deliver parcels and just post 'Sorry We Missed You' letters. I've been handed collection letters directly by the postman on several occasions, when questioned, the answers always; 'Someone tried to delivery this yesterday', when it's the first missed delivery letter I've received.The posties clearly can't be arsed to carry the parcel in their bag. A joke.
