Staff cheerful and helpful. Efficient service. There was no parking available in the parking bays for customers and the place was empty so I can only assume the office staff are using the customer parking. As this is such a busy area and parking is at a premium IMHO staff should not be allowed to use the customer parking.

Went in here to collect a parcel. Despite there being around 10 people in the queue, I was served really quickly, and the lady at the desk was really nice.

Yet another one star review for the exact same reasons: postman did not ring while I was at home the whole day and staff refused to even take a look if the package was back from the missed delivery.

Often a queue but the customer advisors at the desk are always kind and helpful, Royal Mail delivery drivers just aren’t the best when it comes to deliveries.

Plenty of bicycle parking, and good queuing system, but have to agree with the other reviews here, and my experience is the same across all Royal Mail collection offices, the service is universally awful. There must be a reason for this, maybe the staff are tired posties who have to fill in at the end of their round? Or it may be that Royal Mail is dieing on it's feet as a distributor and everyone is fed up. The problem could easily be resolved with some customer service trained hiring, just have to hope the RM culture doesn't beat it out of them

There’s one particular guy behind the counter who seems like he doesn’t want to be there so badly, and has such terrible customer service that’s it’s sorta hilarious.

Although both my wife and I were at home the whole day, royal mail left a card near a neighbor's apartment saying the parcel couldn't be delivered. When I went for collection, I asked the person behind the counter under what circumstances are parcels undelivered, in order to not lose something important in the future. He snidely responded "Well, I don't deliver" and shut me out. Very bad service. Giving out 2 stars since usually delivery is reliable, but there are instances of missed deliveries without reason with the delivery card placed in awkward places.

Awful service. My friend sent a parcel with next day delivery co raining perishable items, and because I wasn’t at home and they required a signature they failed to deliver it. Didn’t leave it with a neighbour or assume the “next day” was the important bit, and it got sucked into their system over a bank holiday weekend. Then they fail to advertise their bank holiday opening hours on the website, and so despite me getting a text on the bank hol Monday that it is “ready to collect”, they were shut. If this was a proper private sector company they would fail, they are only propped up as they have a monopoly- funny how DPD parcels always arrive easily isn’t it?
