Opening hours till 10am? Too bad if you have to pick up something that need signature or is important. I was hoping to get my stuff today, came after 5pm (Thursday opening hours said 4-8pm) and you find out they have been open 7-10am again. Can't get redelivery as I might not be home at a time when postman comes. So my stuff that has been sent with special delivery paid extra is stuck somewhere in delivery centre.

Very frustrating, the Thursday hours are publicised online as 4-8pm but arrive just before 5pm to find it closed. I just want my parcel and a redelivery is not convenient as I work and can't wait in all day
