Why have tracking and tells you it's been delivered when it hasn't and there isn't a card left to say at neighbours,in bin or needs to be picked up from office....so where the hell is my parcel? This is not good enough. I expect much better from royal mail, especially with the postage costs being so high. In a word SHOCKING...

It's the sorting office... What's there to say?☺️. Only use it when I've missed the postman. Find it difficult at times to retrieve my items due to the opening hours and the fact that I work shifts. Actually prefer it at Christmas time as the opening hours are extended. The guys at the desk are always friendly and helpful and try to get you served quickly.
