I feel for anyone who is having a bad time in life and understand how that can affect our own behaviour but the truth is, some of the female staff in this shop are so rude its shocking. They have little manners and I am just almost lost for words as to why they are able to work there . Please do something about this as me and my friends travel to a different post office further away as much as we can .

Борис Латош and others you are incorrect opening times are 7 am to 2 pm weekdays and 7 am to 1pm Saturdays , its states it quite clearly on the cards that are left for packets that need picking up

Opening hours are incorrect. It's open at 9:00.

Clearly the opening times are incorrect online. They are open from 7:00-13:00. Weekdays & 10-13:00 on Saturdays. This could have saved me a wasted trip to the post office if these were correctly displayed online. The other thing is that if I am able to collect my parcel during these times it is obvious that will be at home to receive delivery of this from the postman so would not have to go to the post office. Opening times should be for people who are not home during these times so are not able to go to the post office to collect their items mainly people who work office hours. A time slot after 5pm at least on one weekday should be made available so that working class people are able to collect their post after work. Until this is catered for the service at this post office is not up to standard.

Obtrusive clerk -even though it was confirmed by someone my parcel was there ,when I got there they wouldn't give it to me as it wasn't on the computer. Computer says no ! Even though someone picked up the phone half an hour before I got there the clerk told me the phone had been broken for 6 weeks

How to become an obsolete delivery company in 3 easy steps: 1. Charge way more than your competitors 2. Instead of actually trying to deliver anything, pop a "Sorry you were out" card through the door without even knocking it, then run away. 3. Ask the customer to collect the parcel in a 2 hour window that's both inconsistent and inconvenient Hey presto, you've done it!

Opening hours 8:00-10:00… people who work full time will never be able to pick up their order.

If I can give a zero stars I would. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Atrosious customer service.

Although the opening hours are not great, the staff have always been friendly and helpful
