I worked in 5 different hospitals in 2 countries. This is the worst hospital ever, by far. The building should've been tore down years ago, but they can't put the new building together. The ward has a water leak every month, you will never see all lifts working at the same time, no ward has enough functioning oxygen fittings for every patient, the bays are crammed and you have to avoid some kind obstacle every time you need to wash your hands as all of the few sinks there are poorly placed and usually unreachable. On top of that, there are drug dealers in the main entrance of the building nearly every day. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. God save the Northwest...

Absolutely horrific service I went to the hospital for an emergency appointment The staff was extremely rude to me they didn't take my case seriously Extremely horrific treatment They didn't have proper protective clothing On or masks they was absolutely awful i do not recommend going here. I belive they should have a full look into the staff they are hiring. I went in for a severe case just to be treated poorly then later kicked out i am truly sickened by yhe treatment towards me

My lovely mum had a stroke - the ambulance arrived within minutes. There was a competent and quick diagnosis by the ambulance paramedics. On arrival at the hospital A and E , she was quickly seen by the nurses from the acute stroke ward who actioned all the necessary scans and assessments - carried out with professionalism and kindness. She was kept clean and comfortable in A and E - she had become incontinent - the auxiliary nurses changed nightdresses and bedding uncomplainingly.. Then she was on the acute stroke ward for 5 days . The care she received cannot be criticised - it was excellent. She passed - the struggle was too much. Her care in the final days and hours was exemplary. God bless the staff .
