Royal have just finished an install of a roller shutter for us.I would like to praise them on the work carried out.There electrition is a genius in my opinion,He certainly knows his stuff as do all engineers royal employ.If you want shutters or any services royal offer have no hesitation in giving them a call.You wont be dissapointed.

Just had Royal out to fix our warehouse door, new customer to them and couldn't ask for a better service. Very fast repair and quick transaction. would highly recommend to anyone

I was recommended to use Royal Industrial Doors for a service after I purchased a new property and one of the shutters kept jamming. After paying pro forma they then forgot my appointment when I called on the day; but managed to get to me later in the afternoon. The engineer was here for Less than 30minutes and simply brushed the shutter guides and sprayed WD40 on them (something I could have easily done) although most of it ended up in puddles on my floor! When I asked if they would be removing the covers to check why it was jamming he said it’s just a visual inspection and everything looks fine at the moment. When asked what would happen in the coming days when it inevitably jams again; I was told I would have to pay for another call-out! If it is industry standard to charge £318 for 30minutes of spraying WD40 then that’s fair enough (I’m in the wrong business) but I felt ripped off. When I called to question this at the office the owner was in the background telling the administrator what to say to me and didn’t even offer to speak with me directly. Lesson learned; don’t waste your time getting a service for £318; invest in a bottle of WD40!!!
