I had a day-patient appointment yesterday, Friday 21 June, which I was dreading. But the information beforehand was abundant and clear, and on the day, it went so well (also helped, of course, by a good outcome!). The nursing staff were superb, and the Consultant excellent, in terms of communication, humanity, and hitting that right note between expert and engaged. My thanks to Melissa H., Samuel Y., Ian the canula 'I won't hurt you' (he didn't), giggling Ms Happy, and everyone else whose names I've forgotten.
