I had a day-patient appointment yesterday, Friday 21 June, which I was dreading. But the information beforehand was abundant and clear, and on the day, it went so well (also helped, of course, by a good outcome!). The nursing staff were superb, and the Consultant excellent, in terms of communication, humanity, and hitting that right note between expert and engaged. My thanks to Melissa H., Samuel Y., Ian the canula 'I won't hurt you' (he didn't), giggling Ms Happy, and everyone else whose names I've forgotten. You do a great job, and I appreciate you. *Thank you*

Unbelievable place the people in it from the cleaners right up to the nurses and surgeons thank you for taking the jobs that you have done that saved my Life thank you Richard Walker. Thanks to everybody on E2 and P3 you were like my second family. I still cry to think what you've done for me. (THANKS AGAIN)

I have given one star because there is no option to give 0...Dirty and shabby with ryde understaffed nurses. My husbands oncologist requested an operation on Tuesday evening and we were sent home 2 days later ...no operation and a catheter strapped to his leg ....Absolutely appalling we are now being treated In rotherham hospital...Thank God
