I've had to go to A&E about the infection and everything about the hospital left a very good impression on me. Staff was very friendly, hospital itself is very clean and modern. I've been to other A&Es but none of them can't even compare to this, GPs and Nurses knew what they were talking about and actually took samples of blood for testing instead of guessing what could be the problem. Thank you all for providing really friendly and good care!

I had to wait 4 months for a dermatologist appointment, but on the day I had a relatively seamless experience. My 9am appointment was on time and I was checked in quickly with friendly staff. The dermatologist was very thorough (3 separate treatments as a precursor to roaccutane). I was referred by dermatologist for a follow up blood test at 9:30am which was about a 30-40 minute wait. I then had to wait about 20 minutes for my prescriptions. Out the door by 10:30am. End to end experience was 1.5 hours and all the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nice staff but dreadful management and communication. My wife is feeling perfectly fine but been waiting 3 days for a scan as an inpatient! No one ever knows what's happening. When she finally got discharged, she had to wait 7 hours for her medication to come from the chemist downstairs! They prob had to import it! Something is terribly wrong (management wise) and has to be dealt with asap.

Absolute disgrace of a hospital. Receptionists making personal phone calls, instead of doing their jobs. Waited 4 hours and 5 mins and still wasn’t seen. I understand it’s in the order of urgency, but groups of people who came hours after were being attended to first. There shouldn’t be any reason that every time I looked up a new group of people were there while I’m the only one left from 4 hours prior.

Nice people but I found a doctor rather strange and lack the temperament of a doctor. Not helpful and not compassionate.. such people have no business being in the hospital let alone dealing with pregnant women. However I am still going to report to their management one way or another.

The cancer unit are absolutely appalling. My partner has had so many appointments cancelled and now 1hr 30 mins before her biopsy on her breast, which she was informed was high risk, a lady has called informing her the biopsy is cancelled as they did not have the correct staff to carry out this important procedure. My partner is now in tears and has been told to report for an appointment on Friday. I have all her appointment letters and will be taking this further and also reporting this to the papers. APPALLING, given 1 star only so I can post this but definitely not worth that star!!!!

I had a blood test last week. When I contacted my GP, they advised me to contact to Royal Free Hospital reason being my GP doesnt get results straight away from them. I called the hospital on 21th of this month around 2:30pm. One of the receptionist answered the phone. I tried to explain why I am calling. However, she asked a few consecutive questions and didn’t let me talk. When I asked her nicely to listen to me and understand my situation she shut the phone on my face. I called them back straight away. Same lady picked the phone and pretended like the rude person wasn’t her. It was a clever trick. After I called them second time she was polite and we sorted the problem out. I would advise them to learn how to behave a human and then do whatever job they do.

Security doesn't understand that an interpreter is needed for a patient to carry out their appointment. Maybe they can check their ego and realise not everyone can enter the hospital on their own despite Covid. This is a hospital after all, I don't go there for the fun of it.
