This is an awkward situation with the NHS being so stretched etc. However, as a patient suffering and living on painkillers, I am not impressed! I was fast tracked, via the GP, led to believe I would see one of the best Consultants in the land and promised a follow up telephone call. Sadly, none of the above actually happened! I feel so let down and would not wish this feeling on anyone, given the level of pain I am in. Of course, other patients may have glowing reviews and that is fantastic, I am simply giving my personal imput.

I would have preferred to have given a NO star rating, because RBH continue to cancel appointments for my husband within a few days of attending!! As each appointment takes months for them to re-book, we have been waiting 6 months to actually see a doctor!! What's hilarious is the first cancellation letter states they have cancelled at 'HIS REQUEST'?!?, which most definitely was not the case... Just received a letter from RBH confirming new appointment for November, which makes a disgraceful 9 months before seeing a doctor. We wait anxiously to see if RBH cancel this appointment...
