Professional and calm approach from nurses and doctors. I had a non emergency but potentially serious a medical condition when neglected. I was told to prepare for 1 to 4 hour wait at the reception but eventually I was dealt with within 90min and referred to take further medical the exams the very next day. The treatment of patients was well organised. Positive experience. Most importantly I really felt taken care of. Thank you.

A lot of respect for the staff burning the midnight oil here. Unfortunately had to attend and it was a full house. When a nurse came out and said: “There is a 5 hour wait to see a doctor so if you can get an appointment with your GP please leave.” At that point 6 people got up and walked right out. A few minutes later another 2 left. That’s my point. ED is for emergencies and if a 5 hour wait makes you leave then did you need to be there? Over someone who genuinely needs urgent care?! Otherwise, it’s your typical ED with the 11PM rush of drunks and methadone clientele. The safety procedures could be better. No temperature check as you enter. The toilets were filthy.

After a 4hours waiting they still can't get a doctor to see you or ETA when thats gonna be. I wonder why they even call it Emergency cause only that it's not, but gladly lets pay our part of shares every month to this failed system.

Today's experience for my daughter was horrific. Uncaring thoughtless staff and doctor/s and she was there for HOURS. I personally have good things to say about RBH usually but today was unacceptable/ undignified/ and quite simply shocking. And NO excuse is acceptable. We're not a 3rd world world country and this was people not doing their best
