I went in for some help admittedly I was angry because I had been trying to contact the complaints team and had been on hold for 45 minutes went into the branch and got the old guy his first words were don't shout at me so I walked out a waste of time again

Queuing again at newbridge outside as we speak. ( what’s the plan for winter?) It now appears it’s a privileged to bank here and rbs is doing me a favour even letting me eventually get to a cashier. Put more staff on you have hardly any branches. Your worth billions!
