You go into this branch don't ask for any help from the old guy behind the counter. I went in for some help admittedly I was angry because I had been trying to contact the complaints team and had been on hold for 45 minutes went into the branch and got the old guy his first words were don't shout at me so I walked out a waste of time again

Woeful.

Queuing again at newbridge outside as we speak. ( what’s the plan for winter?) It now appears it’s a privileged to bank here and rbs is doing me a favour even letting me eventually get to a cashier. Put more staff on you have hardly any branches. Your worth billions!

Sooooo unhelpful! I'm not allowed to pay money in for my mum who's at work, because I'm not your customer. Thanks to that she will now have to pay fees for missed payment, thank you very much! And you wonder why I'm not your customer... Because your customer service sucks
