better and more younger experienced and more competent staff need to be introduced at this library in addition to this the state of the library is a mess it needs to be refurbished and made architecturally wider and a wee bit taller apart from that its a mess your way is blocked by tables and machines plus their toilet is a shambles and they have no air conditioning update your books for gods sake and employ more intelligent and competent staff who know what their doing and are more empathetic towards its customers otherwise you will keep crumbling and become more of an urban decay

Its surrounding smell like piss and the rhyme time they have as a class is boring. Toilets are not very clean and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my buggy unattended in the toilet area...2 stars because the staff is friendly.

This is a really handy library with a good selection of books and the ability to order any books from across other London boroughs. I have found the staff polite and helpful, assisting me with finding books and managing my account. The accommodation could definitely do with an update; however, in these times I'm grateful to have a local library.
