Incompetent, disorganised and rude! The worse pharmacy I've ever used. I have (had) my repeat prescription set up to go directly to them, only once in 9 months have I been able to walk in and pick it up without waiting for them to get it ready. This morning I had to wait 25 minutes for it, whilst waiting saw them try to give one man completely the wrong medication, another man had stuff missing and they just didn't have records of others at all. Also they put every prescription in a plastic bag! In future I'll pick my prescription up from the doctors and go to a competent pharmacy who have an understanding of customer service.

Totally slow. No staff cause they live to disappear or walk away. The staff which are good I feel sorry for. Can wait for ages to get your medication when you are there. If your life depends on medication it is not good. This pharmacy used to be fantastic not now.

If this business was not a necessity, the business would fail. Claims to open at 9am but really it's just whenever the staff get enough agitated people complaining to the Medical Centre Reception. I'm my case this morning, that was 8 customers (2 of which sensibly abandoned ship), and they eventually rolled the shutters up at 9:15.
