I recently had a parcel sent to this pharmacy went on the Wednesday to collect it not realising you

I recently had a parcel sent to this pharmacy went on the Wednesday to collect it not realising you needed id so I said I’ll be back with some id and returned back on the Thursday to be told the lady had returned my parcel back. Even though it says your parcel will be held for 7 days until collected. Well it’s only been 1 day. Unless the lady is stupid I still had another 6 days. People be carful with this place it’s obvious she ain’t got a clue ..
