WORST PHARMACY EVER!! I came to this pharmacy and was told that they had to order my medication in, this was urgent medication I needed. I then waited till the next day and took a taxi to the chemist to collect it specially only to be told that the prescription was not ‘valid’. They failed to check the prescription when it was handed in, they then failed to contact the prescriber if there was any issue. They made me wait for vital medication. Really poor customer service, when I returned to be handed back my prescription the staff were uninterested, the pharmacist didn’t even speak to me or apologise. I am now left with no medication and would urge people to not visit this chemist, they don’t care about your medication.
