Rowlands Pharmacy bristol

Nice freind's staff ..my glinch is entering the chemist to get a script whilst waiting for over half a hour when it's quite ...patients waiting for scripts should not need to wait this long ..there was plenty of staff so no excuse and also if medication not available it would be nice to be told rather than wait a day or two as in clevedon we have other chemists that may have the medication needed asap

I've had issues with delays and incomplete prescriptions on both occasions I've used this service. The assumed convenience of the pharmacy being next to the medical centre isn't worth the hassle in my experience.

Small pharmacy, but very friendly and helpful staff.

Rowlands has really gone down hill. Sadly most of the lovely staff and old manager are no longer there. The service is slow now and not up to scratch, I feel due to bad management. I've changed where I pick my prescriptions up from now and happy I did, much better service and more professional.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff in Rowlands for all there hard work & a extra thank you to katy for making up my medicine each week. I know things have been hard since James left which was a real shame but you have all shown me that you are working hard to make all your customers happy and well. Best of Health to you all.😳

Feel incredibly let down. Could only dispense half of my prescription and failed to mention I only had a limited time to collect the rest at every given opportunity, including the collection slip itself. Had I of known, I would have made arrangements for them to be collected sooner as I myself am disabled and had been severely incapacitated the last month. Failed to explain why I wasn't informed, other than some cookie-cutter "it's the law" response (and we all know the general public knows the law in detail). Just wanted to know how I could have known and maybe some compassion. Received none. The 2 stars is a courtesy simply because I have used them without much issue in the past. Bottom line: good at giving you your medication if it's there, but don't expect much more care or attention to detail regarding your prescriptions than that. Disappointed and will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere, for whatever it's worth.
