What a beautiful place! It's a lovely old house, with very warm and welcoming owners. The room is fantastically appointed, and has that family room feel without making you feel like you're intruding. It's nice to remind yourself what a proper B&B is like. Would I return? Definitely.

Delightful small b&b farmhouse set 3 miles outside of Bath,lovely room and bathroom,great farmhouse breakfast with fresh bread and pastries and eggs laid the same morning!

Only stayed here for one night, but I would definitely come back. The hosts were wonderfully and really welcoming. Made our stay very comfortable. The room was really cosy. Bed and pillow were firm which was perfect for me. Breakfast the next morning was a nice selection of cheese, fruit, eggs and they provided gluten free bread. 10/15minute drive into bath city centre.
