I paid Roundbrand Bridlington by cheque for some windows and a front door early in 2017. Since September 2017 I have been trying to get the faulty front door lock repaired. The people I paid separately to fit the door and windows has gone out of business, I was robbed off with "we will tell the company that fitted them when they come in" The Bridlington branch closed down and I am getting the runaround from the Hull branch, Mark has the dates and cheque number and have been waiting a couple of months for him to send someone to repair the faulty lock that Roundbrand supplied. I have no problem with the windows or fitting, the problem is with the door locking system and that is the responsibility of the supplier not the fitter. Buyers of this companies products need to be aware that Roundbrand do not face up to their responsibilities of the fitters cease trading. I have saved this text so if the company delete it I am posting it on any review sites I can find. Update....... I was communicating with Roundbrand on their Facebook page. Unfortunately they deleted the thread and seems I have been blocked.
