Lovely place ! Beautiful Christmas decorations! I would really recommend for a posh treat! Food was delicious we had the set Christmas lunch. Everyone cleared their plates! Waiters fantastic topping up our drinks and couldn't have asked more! Only criticism was the veg for our meals was cold, but still I would give it a 5 stars as every other aspect was outstanding and it didn't effect the overall experience!

Fine food. Awful operations. Got our table 35 mins after time of reservation (on a weeknight) and our main course more than one hour later. No attempts made to make the wait more pleasant or offer compensation. Our waiter was not the problem - the whole operation is simply not run properly.

I wanted a main off the standard menu but really fancied the soup off the set lunch menu. They said if I did that then just the soup would cost me £30.00. ( I did not have the soup !!!!) Not the best service I've received, I had the mixed fish for my main, definitely not cooked with love. We would not return.
