As much as I love the Rossmore Leisure Centre the website experience is terrible and putting off. Booking application is buggy and not user friendly. At the reception I wasn't able to find information about swimming classes and was referred the website which I truly hate.

The service is pretty terrible here. The courts are hardly ever set up when we arrive for our pre-booked slot to play badminton. Often time is wasted dithering around. Half the lights don't work in the main sports hall. I don't find many of the staff to be particularly polite or helpful. In these times of Covid they still allow other players to enter early and hang about waiting by our court and that disrupts our game. This could be solved by taking just a few minutes to set up more than one court. I agree with other comments about poor cleanliness although I have never used the pool. There is a general air of half arsedness about the place.
