Rosie teaches with a lightness and joy which is infectious! She encourages exploration and I enjoy trying new things out in her classes. Her step-by-step approach feels both safe and challenging, which keeps my practise progressing sustainably. I always leave feeling more centred, nourished and with a smile on my face.

The BEST deep massage ever! Rosie Kelly was friendly & professional and seemed more than happy to travel to us in Le Tour. The perfect way for us to unwind after a busy few days on the slopes. Thank you Rosie!

Rosie is the best massage therapist I've ever seen, she's helped me recover from multiple sports related injuries. She is now based in Chamonix, France, which is perfect for me and any of you winter addicts that need a treatment to keep you up the mountain. If I have any aches or pains these days or injure myself (which I seem to do quite a lot) ll usually text her to ask what I should do, she has a very good understanding of how the body works and seems to spend a lot of time researching new treatments and ways to help people which I guess is what makes so good at what she does, I really can't recommend her enough.

Superb Massages! I cannot recommend Rosie highly enough. From the first visit where she takes a history of your wellbeing and any specific problem areas to the subsequent massages. I go in with aches and pain and leave, sometimes a little sore where she has had to work deeply on a specific area, feeling great and as for the following day...I'm back to "normal"! Rosie is happy to chat or equally happy to stay silent depending on how you feel that day. She also gives extra advice about stretching (if relevant) which is really helpful. Rosie has a wide knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The room is relaxing, warm and comfortable with gentle background music. My daughter has also been massaged by Rosie helping her to relieve stress during exam time. Five stars and deservedly so.
