Got there and needed to pay upfront which is fine but told I could only pay in cash. Walked up to service station to get cash. 10 min into the massage her phone constantly buzzes. I made a comment so she puts the phone just outside the curtain so made no difference. Because she was the only one working she attended to walk ins enquiries about 4 times including leaving my massage to unlock the toilet for them. On main south Rd so noisy traffic, the front door is so noisy when opens with a bell that startles u when relaxing. It was a hot day , no air-conditioning and no fan on and bed heated. Finished 5 min early to attend to the next appointment. Tried talking to me twice During massage. Massage itself was nice
