Clean place and professional. Post Covid, they have ensured that they are following all the measures for safety and hygiene and social distancing. Technicians were wearing masks too. Good value for money.

I just had such a great experience with hema doing my waxing and dimple who did my face wax and eyebrow threading. Both providing a lovely personal service and despite what seemed like a very busy day they were both smiling and making me feel at ease. Thank you

They were making fun of me in their own language and they laughed at me for not speaking Hindi or Gujarati. On top of that the services were so expensive. I asked for a face wax and they were charging for separate parts such as a separate price for the nose and then a separate price for the forehead! They weren't telling me the full price of the services. Overall I recommend not going there. I will not be going back there even if they were the only salon on the planet!

Usually when I go, they're really good but not today. Their lack of customer service is astounding, letting someone who had been waiting in their car go first because she was "busy" - despite other people waiting for a similar amount of time, who are also busy. Very very very bad customer service.

An excellent salon with reasonable prices. Been a customer here for the past 5 years and will continue coming back. The staff do an excellent job and are friendly. The prices are really good for the service that is offered and a high quality of wax is used for treatments. Thanks to Roopkala!
