We had stayed 2 nights in the penthouse suite, overall we were all very satisfied. The location of this Aparthotel is right in the city centre, very convenient. The penthouse suite is very spacious, we are a family of 4 and we all had enough space. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub, and the complimentary takeout breakfast is really a bonus point. Reception staffs were friendly, the only thing which make me rate it as four stars instead of five is the room is a bit dusty, when we first arrived, we saw a few hair was in the upstairs bedroom (definitely not belong to us, as we have different hair colour). Despite this, we still had a lovely stay and we would love to come back.

Had a genuinely great stay. The elegance suite was amazing and I really enjoyed the room. Great location in Manchester too. Staff good as always. Only pity was coffee machine broken and nobody at reception desk for 5 minutes when I arrived. Overall great hotel though.

First time staying in Manchester, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. And the room was spacious and relaxing getaway from my meetings throughout the day. I very much intend on coming back when I am next in Manchester. As it took a great deal of stress and worry of my list.
