A lovely independent furniture store. Not cheap but a great showroom with quality furniture. Helpful staff.

Rodger’s always provides good service and has excellent, quality furniture and other stock. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. This week they have excelled themselves. My 15 year (at least) old reclining chair gave up the ghost. Olly and Andy went out of their way to make sure they got it up and running for me again. I am absolutely delighted with them. I don’t know of any other store in York that treats their customers so well. Thank you Rodgers of York.

I am giving one star because I cant give a zero. We have ordered furniture from Rogers in June and are still waiting. We have rung every couple of weeks for updates they have not contacted us only after we have rung them. So as you can see there customer care does not exist. we were informed it would be 12 to 14 weeks when purchased as they promised due to the fact we had a deal with Prats in Leeds for the same furniture. They hold £1,500 plus of our money for a deposit. We also bought a carpet of them which cant be laid until the furnisher arrives. So if this is not bad enough we are now getting told that the furniture is in G plan warehouse and just need to arrange transport. Once again we were told on the 29/11/21 nobody rung as again so we contacted them again today and been told its just coming of the production line and no date for delivery. Any advice what we should do its just a joke.

Delighted with the experience buying and having fitted Karndean flooring from Rodgers. Knowledgeable sales staff and inspector. The quality of the fitting was exceptional- really impressive attention to detail and found solutions to the awkward shapes you get in an old house. Fitters were efficient, friendly and tidied up well. Highly recommended.

Just had another superb fitting from Rodgers. The guys fitting the floor are spot on and provide a quality service. The service received in the store is very good, easy, clear, and very good prices. Plus the fitting process is easily managed. Our third floor fitted and excellent experience every time. Thank you Rodgers.

Excellent wide choice of quality furniture, carpets and home accessories, and staff who cannot do enough to ensure you find exactly the right item. Steve's customer service was first rate and it was a pleasure to spend time choosing a sofa without any pressures. I highly recommend Rodgers. Shopping can still be enjoyed in these difficult times.
