This gym is a great place to train for strength training – John is really sound and really helped me when wanting to achieve my own goals. Really enjoyed going to this gym for over 2 years, only moved to another Gym due to work commitments. If you are looking for a new Gym on The Wirral with knowledgable staff, then this is the place to go 👊🏼
