This company used to be a great place to work. Family run, focused on quality and looking after the staff, however as time has gone on it seems greed has taken hold and they would rather sacrifice quality through the factory just to make a few more pounds they even sacrifice the safety of staff by avoiding the purchase of ppe for as long as they can and opting for the cheapest option out there, to aid the greatness of the company. Management are alright apart from the production who never had a production job before and only care about numbers. I have been Quality Inspector for years, before started working for Robust UK. All I could see was quantity over quality and not thinking about staff at all. Anyone who is reading this, help yourself and avoid employment at Robust UK.

Sales office is highly toxic! I did thanks, i saw the underhanded and institutional racism and secured somthing, before you guys paid me to leave, its only now ive been in a professional environment (that promotes equality and diversity) for a while now that i realised just how toxic it was there! A recruiter called me stating you were looking for staff again so thought I'd leave feedback hope it helps.
