I was extremely happy with the service I received from a sales advisor, at Robins and Day Vauxhall Hayes, named Matthew Taylor-Stoakes. He went beyond his job to ensure I received the car is pristine condition after being fully serviced and cleaned. He also made the transaction as smooth as possible and was very friendly.

This is the best experience I've ever had in the past 20 years of being with Vauxhall. She was so lovely and took so much time explaining all my annoying questions. Most sales people only care about the sales whereas she was all about customer service. Mathu is highly recommended. As a token of appreciation, I've sent the beautiful lady a small gift.

We could have gone elsewhere,but the service received from Mr Khan made me purchase a car from Robin & Day. We had our full service done here and the car wasn't even washed with a ✅ on the paper for car wash section When asked, the receptionist said that the cleaners are gone home....we asked why did url even call us and said that the car was ready otherwise we wouldnt have come to collect it.... We collected the car coz no one seemed to be helpful... Really bad customer service If the car wasn't washed, I don't know whether the car was properly checked atleast

The used car I bought was in excellent condition. Very professional and helpful Sales person - Alec Sawney, had a background in car mechanics which inspired confidence, and he went out of his way when I had a problem, which he quickly arranged to be rectified. The only thing I could fault was the amount of paperwork and forms when buying the car, especially the extra cover documents presented on the spot and which required a lot of careful reading.

Bad experience - had an appointment to test drive car! Turned up on time - Guy to busy to attend to us after running out of petrol - didn't even have the decency to say sorry!!! No apology from anyone - wasted my morning - maybe i should make another appointment and not turn up and see how you like it! Terrible customer service especially for disabled customers which they knew we were! We will find another branch or dealer. One positive was the lovely man who parked our car for us he was so friendly and kind and had good manners
