I’ve been using this dealership for the last 2 cars I’ve had, they go above and beyond in everything they do whether it’s advice, service, sales. Any issues I’ve ever had with the cars or otherwise have been resolved with the highest level of customer care, most recent being myself having an ill baby and unable to make the appointment I’d made and I couldn’t have spoken to a lovelier man who was not only understanding but he worked out the next suitable date baring in mind my child’s recovery time, little things go a long way in my book and whether it be over the phone or in person they’ve never failed me and I hope my positive experiences will never change. I don’t live close to this dealership and have one on my doorstep but due to the service I’ve received over the years I’ll never go anywhere else and will hopefully continue to use them in years to come.

They missed my aircon was broken in 2018, and filled up with the aircon gas when I said it had leaked twice in 12months. It leaked again in 2019 and this time they checked properly and discovered problem. Proposed £700+ bill to replace part. Not going with them as local garage is half price. Nice , friendly person who I dealt with though so not all bad!

Collected my new C3 Aircross today and am very pleased with both the car and the level of service. Frasier Jones was very helpful throughout the booking journey and made the whole process simple. Recommended!

Had my partner visiting their Sale branch to test drive a specific new car she'd seen and enquired about online, driving over an hour to get there, even spoke with the salesman on the day beforehand to confirm as he rang her.. Gets there on the day, and the car isn't there, supposedly sold during the week that had passed, and the price advertised isn't available on any other of the new Citroens they had either to order, or in stock for that model/spec... Mmm another £1,000 or so on top of the OTR for the same car on order.. Google reviews are a good thing because it allows for misrepresentation and careless businesses to be called out, and this is one such case. I'd welcome a response from Robins & Day to confirm that they'd be happy to honour the original advertised price and standard spec that my partner arranged the appointment upon and to confirm that in said response..
