Tried to get a quote from them having been pasted around 6 people over 30 minutes, I gave up called another Citroen dealer who had it quoted and booked in within minute! Save yourself time and effort choose another dealer!

DONT GO THERE, took my van with anti theft activated and gave me a huge list of repairs for £1250 (which did not even include the fixing of initial fault). Took the Van somewhere else and had it fixed for under £200 and now running perfectly.

Really horrible service. When I turned up to a sales booking in November the agent was busy and didn't even say hi. We spoke to someone who told us basic things about the models that were obviously incorrect so we left. Bought elsewhere, now we're doing our first service. Was told I'd definitely be called by 4pm yesterday, but wasn't so I called. Was told I'd definitely be called by 10.30 today and haven't been. Ugh.

The only two stars go to the staff who served me. He was really friendly and understanding. I was desperate to get the diagnosis check but the earliest available slot was in the next day. I explained my situation as I was basically stuck in London and unable to go home. He managed to look at my car on the day I went in. The issue was my alternator and they gave me a £1100 quote just for a replacement. I went to another garage and got it replaced for £270. 3 stars lost due to the ridiculous price.

Service manager is a very nasty man, who would put someone like that in charge. Do not buy a Peugeot, nothing but problem, car has been in over 7 weeks. Complaints made to head office

Friendly, efficient staff stayed there whilst service and mot done. Mechanic made aware I was there so they did as quickly as possible. Check in staff very knowledgeable to ensure correct service done and attention to any problems.

Very poor IVR system, giving tons of options, eventually got through all of it and nobody answered the phone. Absolute waste of time.

They are very disorganized and nothing works, just a waste of time and money in this company, I’m never going back there!
