Robert harding and his team (Gary?) absolutely fabulous. Sorted my IMAC memory upgrade which was technically challenging due to model! They supplied additional components at great prices and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

The keyboard needed to be replaced on my MacBook Pro and I decided to use Robert Harding instead of going to the Apple Store in Churchill Square. I was very happy with the service I received. These people are miracle workers. They managed to rescue all my data from a dead hard drive on my old Macbook Pro and download it onto the new, superfast hard drive. They are courteous and helpful and at no time talked down to me (even though I'd been silly and not backed my data up). The price was reasonable and well worth it. I felt I could completely trust them.

Robert and Gary gave my mother Great service. Setting up and Ipad was a bit out of their realm of preference and dealing with a customer in australia probably did not help but they worked really hard on it to get the best outcome. They called me on my timezone and were really helpful. Thanks Guys.
