very good selection of technology for your home. the staff are nice and they help you a lot. there are little TVs that explain the use of the products, how useful it is and what other people who have used it think about the product

Nice place to get home assesories.

I find this branch difficult. It has very narrow aisles so if someone is browsing you can't get past. Often, when not there for a specific item, I've given up and walked out.

Generally the staff here are very nice but I just had a bad experience now with Doreen at the till. I had bought some headphones just the other day and they weren’t the correct ones, so I went to go return them. When I went to the till to ask for a return, Doreen refused and said no due to hygiene reasons. I then explained- I wasn’t told this at the time of purchase. She had then patronised me and said: “Well it’s common sense…” which was not appreciated at all. This is not how to deal with customers.

Two excellent experiences recently: Bought a vacuum cleaner, then few days later, used their DHL drop off/collection service. On both occasions served by Dan. Hope I got his name right. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly gentleman.

Akhil and his team members are really helpful and they’re very kind with customers and they’re well trained. Highly recommend. If in case they don’t have a product they will give you further instructions on how to get any items.
