I am very angry and upset with this company. I regret buying anything from them, I wish we would not have to deal with them anymore. Ridiculous customer service. Manager that never calls you back, even if you call the store every single day. We bought engagement ring from them in January, we got engaged in July and after a week of wearing ring one of the diamond fell out. We still had receipt, we went back. They said it is not a problem, it will be fixed. We called them after 4 weeks to find out what is happening with the ring. They told us to call next week. Ok, fair enough. Busy time, although for this company is all the time busy time. We called next week. Apparently they tried to contact us but they had a wrong number. They told us that I dropped ring or caught it on something and we need to pay to repair it. Which I found ridiculous as nothing like this happened. I was taking it off at work and for any major house works. And if I would drop it I am pretty sure I would notice diamond falling out, not while taking it off for the bath. We are calling store every single day for past 5 days and it’s always the same: “Manager will call you back”. Guess what? Nobody ever calls me back. All the time i need to chase manager which I don’t think even exists.

Best jewellery shop in Edinburgh!! We received the best quality and excellent advice. Josh Henderson, the owner, is not only an experienced jeweller with a keen eye for detail, but he also knew exactly what we were looking for and went out of his way to ensure we received the best of the best! Great banter as well! I would highly recommend to all!

Robert Anthony jewellers are AMAZING!! I always leave with a smile on my face here. These are the best jeweller with a very good collection and the best customer service. I drop in every year and I am never disappointed.

Had some jewellery valued for sale and agreed a price. Was told I would get a call next day to confirm and then receive funds. 1 month later no response despite me trying unsuccessfully to call. When finally got through on the phone was told I would get a call the next day to sort it out. No call next day. Called back the day after that to be told they had forgotten all about it. Eventually was told if I provided bank details they would pay the funds into my account next working day. Did this but no funds sent. Emailed three times to ask for a response. No response. Who knows when I will eventually get the payment. I can't think of much worse customer service. Update: eventually received payment 10 days after bank details provided. I understand things can be a bit slower due to Covid but I think 6 weeks is beyond slow. Hope no one else has the same problem.

I had the "honour" of working there. The owner's son could not spell anything in his own native (Engish) language yet made derogative comments of the "loosers" who could not afford diamonds - teachers, for example. He was very good with money - to the point he would happily sell his mother who was - and still is very good with money.
