I joined Riverside for a short time while I was working away in Gloucester and I absolutely loved it, so much so that I'm actually a little sad about having to find another gym to use now I'm back in Somerset! All the staff are so friendly and helpful but most importantly, welcoming. Very clean and well layed out. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the area and would return myself if I was able too.

I've been going to Riverside for a few years now and I have to say it's a great place to exercise. Most of the staff are lovely, from Sally the cleaner to Ib the manager. Loving the refurbishment during lockdown. Ladies changing room now looks very clean and fresh and the pool decor is greatly improved. Love the new on line booking system, especially for swimming. Very well organised and easy to use. It's a shame it won't be in place forever!!! It means you can have a proper swim and prevents pool rage 😉😉😉. Good value for money.

Great gym. Really friendly staff and equally friendly members. Great selection of classes. A little dated in areas and needs a bit of TLC - changing rooms (men's is really out of date with no privacy according to my partner), some machines are dated. But overall a real good gym.

Friendly staff, good equipment. The members seem nice too. Doesn't seem to be overly busy at peak times, I have waited around to use any equipment.. classes are good too, a good variety.
