Riverside Pharmacy london

Turned up at 8am this morning and it’s closed. Big neon letters advertising it opens at 8am as does the website....not great!

Best pharmacy in the area - Pritesh so helpful and friendly - really professional and caring service provided by them, and him in particular!

I visited this lovely community pharmacy after my son needed medicines late on Sunday. I arrived as they were about to close and yet both members of staff took so much time to provide me with my sons medicines and even continued giving me helpful advice when they should have been closing. Absolutely wonderful service from two genuine Gentlemen.

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to the area in 2008. It's so rare to get the kind of service they provide here. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure people are OK. I have been on regular medication for several years and my doctors have repeatedly messed up my prescriptions. The team have really helped me several times to sort out issues with this and I have more faith in them than my own doctors. They are such an asset to the community. I really appreciate them and wouldn't go anywhere else

I have used this chemist since it opened. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the late evening opening is helpful, and they usually have what I need in stock and if not it gets ordered and arrives the next day. I find their Repeat Prescription service very useful, as I have a lot of items it helps to have everything sorted. I’ve had lots of good advice from the pharmacists over the years, and I’d deffo recommend this chemist should you need to use one locally. 5 Star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only recently started going to this pharmacy and the staff are so polite and helpful. The service is so quick and always getting regular updates. Huge shoutout to Megan who's normally on the front desk who is always so lovely when I visit!!!

As soon as I entered, a kind (very tall) man came to my assistance. He was incredibly polite and extremely helpful, I wish the world was full of people like this. Overall, it’s an amazing pharmacy and I recommend it heavily.
