I got my suit dry cleaned and pressed in december at short notice, which was more than happy to help even though they extremely busy. Spot on service, looks like a family run business which i will be using again if needed.

Always a friendly face behind the counter and very accommodating to help with timings of when stuff can be done by and info. They keep garments for up to 6 months in case you're worried.

Been once before, shocking service /attitude from person on front counter but I went with it and said nothing. Today, against my better judgement, (approx 8 months later) I made another visit. This time the lady on the counter was on the phone - business not social chat so I waited patiently ..... and waited ....... and waited ...... and waited . This same lady even refused to acknowledge my existence . As I waited another adult appeared from the back - presumed she worked there but could be wrong? She also made no attempt to help. I subsequently left and will not be returning again. I always make an effort to support local businesses but they don’t seem to want the custom or deserve it. I am now going to look for the next nearest Dry Cleaners and would suggest that other customers avoid the belittling experience on offer when you walk through the door!

Called in one day last week to collect my cleaning and the idiot behind the counter could not locate my items. She asked me to return Monday, this meant another trip for me to collect my cleaning. I am not surprised she couldn’t locate said items as she appeared to have a hangover as I could smell alcohol on her breath. I was happy to see my two lovely blonde ladies when I returned. I hope this continues and I don’t have to put up with sub standard customer service in the future.

Miserable woman behind the counter, horrible attitude. Management you need to work on having staff that welcome business... I walked away and found somewhere else. I have found a new place for our church football kit to be cleaned.

The lady at reception was very pleasant on both occasions.

Had my curtains done by them - they did a great job and it was good value. Would use again
