100% recommend this company. They have recently fitted 5 panel bi-fold door, set of french doors and triangle windows to sit above our bi-folds. From the initial visit to installation I can't fault them. We visited there showroom in Southampton to try out the bi-folds before ordering. They have done a fab job which included rectifying some previous poor workmanship. We did a lot of shopping around before going with this company and not only were they the best value but they did an amazing job and you can tell they care about you. We only had to pay an initial deposit and balance was paid once work was completed. If your in the market for bi-folds etc I would recommend you give these guys a try as if you get the same service we got you wont be disappointed.

The doors are fantastic - a lifestyle changer. You can trust these people and their products - the post-installation service separates Riverside from the competition. In my humble assessment following a lot of much research, Riverside will still be in business when much of the competition is no longer around. My thanks to Aaron and his team.

We regularly use the team at Riverside for both PVC and aluminium bifolding doors on our projects. We have always found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's easy to be good when everything goes right, but the true test is how the company responds when things go wrong. On the second day of the fitting, one of the fitters suffered a serious family crisis. However before he left site he made sure we were safe, and the patio doors were secure and weatherproof. Aaron got an alternative fitter to complete the job within two working days. Am I satisfied? Completely. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Would I reccomend them ? I already have. Really happy with the quality of product, fit, and staff. Thank you.

Really pleased with our doors and windows. A very friendly team, with great customer service. Very neat installation of back door and window, French doors and side windows, and numerous other windows. Very close in style to the old single glazed wooden-framed doors and windows they replaced, just as we had asked. Would definitely recommend.
