River Adventures Limited bath

The tour was quite intimate and gave us a chance to see the city from a different viewpoint. All while enjoying some canapes and great prosecco. This is a great way to start a trip to Bath because it shows you the whole city and the crew gave great recommendations. Had a great time and would recommend.

Really lovely experience, Skipper and Georgia very knowledgable and offered a lovely tour. Being able to purchase a drink on the boat was lovely and ice cold on such a nice day. Beer, a boat and lovely people what more could you want. Fully recommend.

Mislead sums this river boat ride. I was not sure whether the tour came with a complementary drink as many I read had done. Disappointingly and un-British like, the hostess did not say how much drinks would be or even if you did or did not get a complementary drink or make any suggestion that the drinks were not complementary and you had to pay. Offering "top ups" and alike in such a relaxed fashion that we weren't the only ones on board who feel like we were misled, which is a shame to seemingly take advantage of tourists, especially non English speakers this way. Very un-British like and unfortunately the mis-understanding ruined the boat cruise experience. As for the boat cruise itself. It was fine but for around £8 a head for 25 mins up to the Weir I certainly think it's priced at it's maximum. River adventures - Make your bar prices known before you offer drinks and leave the ambiguity at home.

We had such a fun day yesterday with River Adventures. The little wood burner within the boat is a lovely little finish to the cosy boat. It was a great trip along the river to the weir. A great breakfast at The Locksbrook Inn with bottomless Prosecco. We all highly recommend this trip :) Thank you for a great day.

Great little bit orientation tour of Bath by foot be and river cruise

Such a memorable experience on board, the guide was welcoming and attentive for the prosecco top up throughout. Lovely journey along the river with a relaxing feel to the trip. Highly recommend these guys.

Had such a lovely boat ride and guided walking tour of bath. All the info was so interesting and it was just such a lovely way to get a real sense of the cities history. Everyone working on the tour were very pleasant and friendly and it felt good to support this wonderful business! Highly recommended ☺️

We didn't have the best experience with this company. We travelled up from London for a friend's birthday and booked on the Prosecco Boat Tour, as a surprise for the birthday girl. As we were not so familiar with Bath, we made an error of heading towards the offices of River Adventures instead of the pick up point. We tried to contact the company on multiple occasions when we arrived into Bath, to gain assistance and we were only able to gain contact, a few minutes before the start of the tour. We were promptly told that we would miss the tour and it would depart without us. We felt that no empathy or flexibility was shown by the company. We made quite an honest mistake and did try to make contact to ascertain the correct information and direction, but unfortunately, this was not given. We didn't expect the company to wait for us to arrive at the pick up point, as we were aware that other people had booked on the same trip, but we had hoped that the company may have shown some form of flexibility by offering to rebook the group for a later time or date. This added a sour note to our day trip to Bath, as we had planned the whole trip around taking this boat tour, which was quite unfortunate and very disappointing.

Great boat trip in central Bath. Only half an hour but really interesting with plenty of useful information. Very peaceful on the river as well compared with the hustle and bustle on the street above. Easy to find from the instructions given.
