Ali was amazing. Up on the Gold Coast for a holiday. And booked in with Ali for a body exfoliation and hydration massage aswell as the reflexology. It was amazing. Feel asleep through it, but woke up and it was like a new body. Muscles felt relaxed, skin was soft and smelt wonderful. Highly recommend

As per the other review, I was given some gift vouchers which expired after 6 months. I got in touch to see if I could use them and it was a pretty abrupt "no". My circumstance, which I explained to Ripple, was that I was given the vouchers when I was undergoing cancer treatment whilst pregnant then delivered a prem baby etc etc... so I quite simply didn't have it in me to have a massage at that time. They didn't seem to care / be interested. From what I can see online perhaps they are closed so perhaps going through a tough time!? If that is the case, perhaps explaining that would have been nice, as I think most people are pretty understanding... I'm just speculating though, perhaps they're always rude.

I received a gift voucher from a friend. Expected it to be 12 months it was 6 months. I was not far outside the six months and given the COVID shot down period and the owner was an adamant no!! I have asked several other small businesses and they have all said they would accept the voucher regardless the time period - it is just good business. The owner is extremely rude. Amazing given the were boasting an annual $1M turnover at the beginning of 2020!!!
