Excellent customer service. Stuart made us feel welcome & not pressured to buy. We were able to make or order bespoke and therefore relevant to us & there was room for a deal to be made. The promise of an 8 week delivery was improved upon and we received the goods in under 5 weeks. Every step of the way the experience was prompt, courteous & clear. Highly recommended.

Stuart and his team did a brilliant job executing my custom design for my wedding ring. I only contacted them via the web and phone, but everything went smoothly. Stuart patiently gave extensive and considered advice in response to my (many) questions. He was willing to attempt my (over) ambitious design, even though he suspected it might not work. And when proved right, he was still made good his promise to remedy for free, no quibble. I'm delighted with the final result - and all for an excellent price (I did get other quotes) - highly recommended!

Just fantastic. The service is friendly and unpressurised. You are given plenty of time attention and space to make choosing/designing your ring fun and have confidence in your choice, and I love what they made for me. The only place I go for hand crafted jewellery in Brighton. There are many places to choose from, however the outstanding personal service you receive from the staff is exceptional. Brought both our engagement and wedding rinds from here and continue to return to get more stones added as money allows! Oscar and the young lady are amazing and can make a amazing piece of jewellery to fit your budget. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I approached Ring to commission an engagement ring and cannot fault them at any point in the process whatsoever. From start to finish, they were just superb. I was given a thorough explanation of the design process, and my ideas were beautifully interpreted by Stuart into a great concept. At no point was I pushed to spend more money and offering me value was clearly a top priority. Communication was superb and by the time came to collect the ring I was blown away by what they'd crafted. Thanks once again, my fiancée loves her ring!

I originally bought my wedding ring from somewhere else and had lots of problems with it so I got a refund and went to visit Ring. They were amazing, listened to everything I wanted and gave me advice too. They made a bespoke ring to match my engagement ring. It is absolutely beautiful and they done it all in just over 5 weeks! Amazing service, they went out their way to get my engagement ring cleaned even though it was the end of the day. I love it far more then my first ring, I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!!

Couldn’t recommend more. Spoke to about 3 different staff through the process and all were knowledgeable and professional. Alex took our custom requests for a ring and managed to understand them before crafting into a brilliant design. The finished product is incredible and is exactly what we wanted. Also just wanted to point out that aftercare is free, so polishing or resizing until it’s perfect. Thanks very much Alex and team, we couldn’t recommend more!

I contacted RING Jewellers to create a pendant from a sea shell that had sentimental significance for me. RING Jewellers provided advice on how to achieve what I wanted & then went ahead to create a lovely pendant & necklace based on the results. I am extremely happy with the talented work that went into creating the pendant.
