Look don't get me wrong, the place has potential. The staff are lovely, the prices are competitive, and what would ordinarily be on offer would be amazing. Unfortunately what was offered on the day I first visited (after driving down from Brisbane) was: - 1x Jacuzzi that was completely void of water, the additional jacuzzi on the right was working, and allegedly at 43 degrees but it would be lucky if it felt like 25 degrees. Not hot at all. - Almost all pools were dirty and scummy, they needed a decent scrub. - The large hot tub to the left of the ice bath was lukewarm and unable to start any form of wave motion, or water jets, this was reported to staff who tried in vain to rectify this. - The Steam Room was excellent. The trick is to spray the sensor with cold water to get the room to heat up again. - The Ice Bath tub was amazing, the sign on the wall stared it's at 14 degrees, I assume this means Fahrenheit because it felt way colder then 14 degrees celcius. All in all, the centre definitely has potential, however the hot tub, and both jacuzzi's being out of order made for a rather disappointing first visit.

I recently discovered Riggs, and I love it! The hydrotherapy (hot and cold pools) is really affordable and did wonders for my sore muscles.
