Knowledgable & friendly staff. They will happily remeasure feet and are honest about whether new shoes are needed, I’m often told new shoes aren’t needed yet. Barry takes the time to interact with my daughter to make her feel comfortable.

This shop has knowledgeable staff who are friendly and very willing to help. We have been in a couple of times to get my daughters feet measured but only bought shoes once as we were told her feet still fitted her shoes the first couple of times. It was nice to see they prioritising us getting the right shoes at the right time rather than just simply trying to sell us shoes. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting to get children's shoes in Bristol, I will definitely be using them again.
