DO NOT use this Car Hire "company"! Despite being a loyal customer for 12 months and allowing a £350 deposit to be held during this time I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls chasing my refund only to be fobbed of with excuses & delay tactics. After 6 weeks I am still awaiting a refund. A search on Google confirms many people have experienced the same difficulties with this small outfit and coupled with the tales from their management and disgruntled employees I have met I would strongly advise to avoid. I am now contacting Trading Standards to prevent others experiencing the same act of theft and filing with Small Claims to recover my deposit & all costs associated in doing so.

A very dodgy pally act. I rented a Nissan Quashqai for 24 hours at an advertized proice of approx GBP35. We returned it not 100% full. Re-fueling charge was GBP10, which was fine with me. But Right Cars never refunded the correct amount they charged as a "deposit"(after 6 weeks of chasing their accounts dept & despite their claim that deposit is refunded within 24 hours) . End cost for 1 day's rental close to GBP150.00 when I reckoned I'd pay approx GBP40.00 SHARKS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! THEY TOOK £350 DEPOSIT OFF MY CREDIT CARD - WHICH NO OTHER CAR HIRE COMPANY DOES, SAY THEY WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER CAR IS RETURNED, BUT TELL YOU IT WILL TAKE UP TO 21 DAYS TO SHOW IN YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS IS RUBBISH AS IT DOES NOT TAKE THIS LONG FOR A REFUND TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT. **WARNING** THEY DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT - THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM

Do not trust them. I rented a car and was never refunded my 350 pound deposit. They never answered my e-mails concerning the deposit!!
