Don't go to these people: after unpacking a coat I brought in about a month ago for dry cleaning I realised they never even cleaned it; they just stuck it on a hanger, threw a plastic cover over it and made me pay for it. I trusted them so I didn't check it as I left. How foolish of me. Creeps.

Lost all my clothes. Gave them to someone else. I handed in 2 weeks of laundry and they tried to give me back two old tracksuit bottoms and a couple of towels. That was 2 weeks ago. The owner seems quite relaxed about it. I've handed in a claim for compensation, but he's gone on holiday for a week.
