Bought a Multistrada 1260S nearly new two months ago. Sales staff were friendly and good to deal with, and willing to haggle (a bit). Bike was well prepared and ready on time. Have since had a few small warranty issues all of which have been sorted promptly and without fuss, and loan bikes provided. No cause to grumble about anything so far, hence 5 out of 5.

got my street Bob serviced recently and I have to say the service department was Awesome ... and I really do mean awesome! from the service manager to the guy who sorted the bike! this mention though is mostly dedicated to Darren who made my Bike look like new ... I'd had an unfortunate accident With paintwork on my tank and Darren worked what I can only describe as Magic, no sight of the mess someone made of it by swinging a leg over the tank ... absolute amazing work .... thanks Darren .

5/ 5

I have visited this showroom on a number of occasions along with other bike and car showrooms. I have found the staff at Riders to be incredibly approachable, good humoured and knowledgeable. So it amazes me when I read the reviews of other "customers" saying they walked in and were not approached in 10 minutes and therefore walked out , "never to return again " "sale lost " etc. Are these people so important in their lives that they can't say a simple "hello" to staff in a showroom. So to all you keyboard warriors who leave bad reviews because a salesman didn't grovel at your feet when you walked in ….grow up ! Sales people may be busy with other customers. This showroom is wonderful and a happy and pleasant place to be, the only thing that lets it down is that they open their doors to everyone, including the "I did not have a red carpet rolled out before me" idiots...hopefully they will shop elsewhere leaving proper bikers like me and my friends somewhere to enjoy ... and buy bikes from. Keep up the good work Riders

Good Harley Davidson dealership with a nice cafe, not sited right in the centre of town but still in an extremely busy area, go early if you need to go there otherwise expect long delays due to traffic. Oct 2021, after reopening properly earlier this year, the cafe is now closed never too reopen, shame.
