Riddle and Finns was established twelve years ago in the heart of Brighton. Nestled into the bustling Lanes of the city the restaurant began offering fresh seafood dishes and a sought after selection of crustacea, champagnes and daily specials. Within a short amount of time the fusion of oyster bar style dining and speciality dishes with honest and high quality ingredients and excellent service cemented us firmly on the food map.Offering an unfussy standard of style and ambience allowed us to focus on our food and wine menus . Over the years we have developed many of our dishes and taken inspiration both locally and internationally to create a diverse and broad menu appealing to seafood enthusiasts (like ourselves) and those looking for something special for an evening.By working with passionate and skilled chefs and carefully selected suppliers we can continue to offer the high standard of dishes that our customers have become accustomed to.
