My friend went to get her nails done as a little treat to herself after a rough week and the woman that did her nails absolutely BOTCHED them. Based on her nails I would absolutely never go to them to get mine done. The woman that did her nails was relentlessly rude without being triggered. 0 stars and based on the other google reviews, they've mistreated many of their paying customers. She also showed them a very clear photo of what she wanted and the photos looked starkly different to her nails. Go to ballarat gal pals for more in depth reviews :) highly suggest avoiding this facility at all costs.

I have been a few times but today they were a little rushed and resulted in a bad experience and overall bad outcome on the nails I paid $70 for. I had to spend time fixing them myself, they weren’t even straight….. they were wonky and they stick out at an awkward angle still even now. 😪 I don’t think I’ll be going back here.
